The champagne flavor actually comes through in the filling instead of just tasting like plain milk chocolate, which surprised me. Sent a box to my sister for her birthday and she texted me a photo of the sleeve before she'd even opened it.

Bought these for my mom's 70th and the birthday sleeve made it feel way more special than a plain box would have. You can actually taste the champagne in the filling, it's subtle but it's there, and the milk chocolate is proper Belgian creamy. She ate four before dinner, so I'd say that's a win.

Sent these to my best friend for her birthday and she said the champagne flavor actually comes through instead of tasting like plain chocolate. The fresh cream filling makes them way softer than the ones you get at the drugstore. Wrapped up the whole box in one sitting, no regrets.
