شوكولاتة الروح الليلية

I was worried 80% cocoa would taste like straight baking chocolate, but this has this deep fruity thing going on that sneaks up on you. A single square after dinner kills my sugar craving completely, which I did not expect. The 2.8 oz size is smaller than I'd like for the price, but I'm already orde

This bar is intensely dark but surprisingly smooth – the 80% cocoa doesn't overwhelm, just satisfies. Perfect portion size for an evening treat without overdoing it.

The 80% cocoa gives it a nice deep bitterness without being too harsh. I just wish the bar were a bit bigger for the price—finished it in two sittings.
